Numonyx CEO pushes profit on Israel visit Wand predicted to "Globes" that the company would become profitable by the end of this year. Fab 1 produces NOR flash memory processors using 65-nanometer technology, as part of Numonyx's inheritance from Intel. Numonyx will also produce NAND flash memory processors inheritance from STM. Fab 1 is gearing up to produce processors with 45-nanometer technology by the second half of this year. Harrison said, "This future production is vital for the company's strategy." globes.co.il
