You may wish to take those words with a large grain of salt.....I am no longer in ACII...got out prior to the RS.......My reasoning for finaly bailing on ACII was pretty simple. Management lied to me. I was talking to them about maybe doing a PP with them and I was interested in the terms...I was long thru purchases on the open market at the time (only held freebies at that point....when I got a PM from you know who telling me to load up on acii because big news was coming out anyday and acii was going to the moon....I sold the bulk of my shares, near the highs and kept some freebies......I know that when you know why says to buy it is time to sell!), but believing in the company and knowing they needed to raise cash I was interested in maybe doing a PP and getting some shares on the cheap.....very obviously I am overjoyed I did not like the terms and did not do a PP with them, as the terms at that time, had I accepted would have me down quite a bit right now.......However, the main reason I sold and wrote this off as a scam and stopped watching it was when Rhonda told me there would be no RS. She said a RS would not even be considered by the company. Less then 2 weeks later...may have been less then a week....they put out a PR saying they were doing a RS. Now, there is no doubt at all that Rhonda told me NO RS....however, when it was announced and I spoke to her again, she lied and said she never told me there would be no RS and she then said she could not tell me such information even if she had the information. I told her I had the phone call recorded and she got very defensive and told me it was illegal to record a phone conversation. I then told her it is not illegal if it is disclosed that the call is being recorded and I did tell Rhonda I was recording the call for my records and she said that was fine and she had nothing to hide. That too is on the recording......Long story short....I sold and stopped watching this because I came to my own personal conclusion that the management could not be trusted and I do not put my money in the hands of those I feel are not trustworthy.......In looking at ACII now I see it is down alot since the RS and skimming the boards there appear to be many unhappy longs. Although I am not in ACII I do hope for all those that are down on this, that they end up recouping their losses and that ACII turns out to be a success story. I simply felt that once they lied to me I would be an idiot to stay invested...so I sold and am happy I did so....and I will not buy back in under the current conditions with the current management team. Once lied to how does one know if the next thing being told to you is the truth or another lie?

Best of luck to all still in ACII...I very much hope everybody recoups their losses in this.......

<<Information gathered from another board.

Rhonda spoke to another shareholder on the phone and told him there is supposed to be a letter to the shareholders on their website in the near future (w/in two weeks) discussing long-term plans and there are no R/S plans.>>
