it doesn't take 25 years of schooling for an IQ130 person to figure out which skin lesions need nitrogen.
You sure about that? Suppose it's not really a skin cancer, but a deeper cancer that has broken through the epidermis? Could you recognize that?
It's like that joke about the TV repairman. He's called in because your TV doesn't work. He checks it out, then bangs it on the side and hands you a bill for $25.10.
"$25.10????", you yell. "For just banging on it???"
"No", he says. "10 cents for banging on it. $25 for knowing where."

It doesn't take 26 years to learn how to do cataract surgery. A reasonably half-witted person could learn to do it in a week.
Which type? What are the contraindications? How do you treat the patient afterwards?
