As I recall the wording was that we would receive shares worth .9x the value of WSTL shares on the date of completion. On that date there will be only one company, so altering the number of shares by .9 would have the same $ net effect. I believe there is no intention of a cash buyout as this is a Merger not a LBO -with no tax consequence unless you sell your new shares. Anyone with a different take -please correct me if I'm wrong.
