Dear Mike, Judging from what I read from Forbes and related articles, with some insight, I "believe" that the Chinese will put their children's education ahead of family car, ahead of their own pleasure hunting, depending how intel advertise, I serious think the $500 computer is not going to cut it. What those little kids need today are good computers loaded with English lesions, writing skill drill programs, naturally speaking Chinese imput capabilities etc. The current window softwares with its standard words, accounting and writing pads really will miss the points for the Chinese families to acquire these modern machines. Intel had the right ideas to attract them into PIIs, but Intel really have to work together with Microsoft to break open the education gateway. These are simply my thoughts for your pondering.
