I'd wager you don't drive the way one needs to for full appreciation of how the smaller Lexus models handle and accelerate. ;<) My only Euro car was a Jetta in the early 90's that ran like a tank but was outfitted inside in the same way. My run-around car now is a Subaru Impreza that doesn't pretend to be anything fancy but it does the job great, doesn't break down and can climb a wall of snow without missing a beat. Works for me. My wife hated until she had to commute in the snow and ice, then became a convert. If I were buying new I might stroll through some US dealerships but odds are, I wouldn't end up buying. I am hooked on the quality and reliability I have enjoyed going overseas. Kinda like my stock portfolio too.
