Exhibit A: BSC's CEO describing how adequate their capitalization was on live national TV...3 days before they threatened to cause a 'global derivatives meltdown'...... As the great economic philosopher Nigel Tufnell (of Spinal Tap) once said "It's a fine line between clever and stupid" (or solvent and insolvent, you get the drift.....<G>)
