I wouldn't take too much of Mondor's direct experience as important. He is has been in Atlanta for 17 years. Mita is probably downsizing and he wants to stay in Georgia. Availability more than connections. If anything it's International connections. CCUR has 4.3 million subscribers covered with it's Alcatel relationship.
