Sounds like a recipe for a Republican President in 2012. No, the next President is going to have a tough time, because he'll have to change the bad stuff while simultaneously doing some of the good stuff. A good start will be getting out of Iraq, taxing the oil companies, and spending big on alt energy. All of that can be done in the first 2 years in office. Leave health care for the second 4 years.
