wish they held a c.c. today to discuss the purchase and the spin off. it may be a good purchase but anything related to overall macro economy is a short term drag on the stock so i'm most interested in catching the spin off as it gets priced in... long term the intel / fiber business could be good but i think it sets up some short term cross currents.. jmho.. i've got a 1/2 right now...
