Bush the Younger should have studied Iraq 1910 - 1920 or had at least a Secretary of State who knew the history.

He had a bunch of Yes Men and one Yes Woman, in part because Bush Senior was his father.

There's a similar risk if Hillary were President, with Bill "around". How many staffers would come back from Bill's administration? Would they feel and be free to disagree and stand their ground? What role would EMILY's List have in a H Clinton Administration?

Obama has already described the kind of cabinet and Administration he would have. On a scale from 1-10 on this aspect of a Presidency, I give Hillary a 4 and Obama a 9.

Let's see. To be fair, what would I give a McCain Administration? Seeing how GWB delegated this to Cheney, and GWB is setting a new standard of lame for a lame duck, and McCain is such an admirer, I'd give McCain a 3 and move Clinton up to a just-below-neutral 5. That's because on crucial issues you want intellectual honesty and debate.
