I chose this company because they managed a local contract for the DOE located near me in south Kansas City MO, and figured if they net those kinds of big contracts, they would make a nice addition to my portfolio. I can't say I have been overly pleased with the performance thus far, but it still performs relatively well given the kind of market conditions I have had to weather with the long position.
