OK, but haven't we been here before? In that I've been holding for 4 years now, I'm as excited as anyone else, but I'm also starting to see a few red flags. In rereading the recent 14C for example, I noticed under Executive Compensation that Interim CEO Ron Genova was twice offered the option to purchase shares (the last being 500,000 shares at $1.00) which he apparently did not exercise. The offer has now expired. Am I reading too much into this? If this technology truly is the "Holy Grail", why hasn't the E/O community been jumping on this?
