I suspect he'll be wise enough not to publicly endorse anyone. I'm sure he's under pressure from some to endorse Obama, because he's black. And I'm sure there are some pressuring him to endorse McCain since he's a Republican.

Though he has called himself a Republican and has worked in Republican administrations, he's never run for office or to my knowledge gotten involved in campaigns for anyone. Unless he has really strong feelings one way or another anyway, the wisest thing for him to do is probably be friendly to everyone, make no endorsements and let his vote be a private one. IOW stay pretty much non-political.
