America and Western Europe may have evolved, but plenty of places in the world have not. --- I get ya...we have evolved to groovy stuff like napalm and nukes and firebombing civilians and cool shit like that. Depleted uranium is a f'n hoot!!! I'm getting my grandson a Jr. water boarding setup for his upcoming 4th birthday. Gonna be a fun day for his friends. One party they'll never forget.
