Some facts gleaned from the Newshour:

Today, Americans spend 1.2 billion dollars A DAY for gas.

In 2003, we spent 600 million a day for gas.

Your gas station makes about 3 cents a gallon. The rest of the money goes to Exxon and the Arabs. We're the only country on Earth that ever had a war and paid our troops AND the enemy troops! THANKS, W!
