In business, if you don't give a timetable, then you don't get funding. I think it's an unbelievable joke that we don't have a timetable in Iraq. Let's see how this conversation would go with my boss at work. Hi Boss, I'm going to need a blank check and 5-100 years to complete this project you've assigned me. Oh and I have no idea if we'll be successful or not. One more thing, boss, I want to pay some locals and contractors to do the job for me and I don't want anyone to audit the money I'm spending, because I'm pretty sure there will be massive corruption. Is that ok? What is that you said? No, you won't let me do the project? Well, you are just unpatriotic. A patriot would let me do what I want to do. A sucker is born every day. I just didn't know that America was 50% suckers.
