Madharry, from what I have heard, they did give a lot to charity. even so, the $85+ million still could be stretched out in case they ran into some troubled times. ;-) that is just the tip of the iceberg that barely protrudes above the waters. the real girth of this evil is that every president knows that PAYOLA resides at the end of their term as long as they work for the uber wealthy in this country. poor folks aren't paying bill to travel the world and %500k to run his trap. uber rich folks and corporations are, though. the message is clear - you screw over the uber rich and the corporate elite, NO PAYOLA FOR YOU, MR OR MRS EX PRESIDENT. and folks wonder why government policies don't reflect the desire of the people - we don't pay $500k + expenses per day.
