Ga Bard,

AVBC looks VERY interesting. Great write up. Couple of questions and a comment:

> He is already blowing bottles and is in the process of getting the shipment.

Where are they getting the money to start up production? Bottles are not particularly cheap. How are the base ingredients and any labor being funded?

> They are figuring 2000000 cases in the first year.

What is the capacity of the current bottling line i.e. how much could they expand production at little or no further expense?

> Projected net on 2M cases is 600K.

With 33MM shares outstanding, the projected net income equates to $0.02 per share. Let's assume that the projections for sales and net are very conservative and triple those figures. At $0.06 per share, a stock price of $4.50 would equal a P/E of 75. I have considerable difficulty with this. $1 - 1.50 in a years time seems like a more reasonable expectation. Any idea if the NASDAQ relisting requirements are the same as the initial listing?

All in all, if this company becomes profitable at all in 1 year, the present share price is a joke. I will be buying a bit today. Thanks again for all of your good work.

Mike
