Thanks for the timely news update. What is your take on NDC? Opinions ie. take the money and run or take the stock and sit tight? I've just started looking at the deal and will publish an opinion as soon as I've completed my analysis. My first thought is 1)its a good deal for NDC due to economies of scale 2) just an OK deal for PHSS and shareholders as far as price goes. Anyone care to offer their opinion? BTW I'm long PHSS @ 8.25
