We just switched to an HSA plan for 1/3 the cost of a group plan through Regence. The benefits are identical, but the cost was not. The group plan required us to pay $163. per month for prescription coverage.....it is included in the HSA. The $5000 savings plan is tax free and it still leaves us paying $3000 less per yr for coverage.

opppppppsssssss the deductible is higher but will be covered by the savings account.

Now if they can just bring down the cost of service.
