Eight months does not save a Presidency the damage caused in eight years.
War?
They can hardly maintain a positive voluntary reenlistment without first enacting a mandating policy stature and to then to think of all those Requiems.
War?
Like the past contains no bias for a basis of further unprovoked conflict;weapons of mass destruction, when Oil is already knocking on $120/brl's door...?

Wars intent is to ease conflict by limiting further aggression although one might wonder how this has worked for us in the last 50 years. We have proven how easily,like our financial markets,all the best intentions can be misused,abused and misconstrued.
