No, I think it doesn't count as a "push-poll" because it isn't one. A push-poll is when the poll is intended, through its wording, to influence the listener's opinion. For instance, "Are you pro-life, or are you for killing babies in their mother's womb like Barack Obama wants to do?"

The intention of a poll like that is clearly to turn people against Barack Obama. THAT'S a push poll.
