I think they are ready - but nothing too bold. Could be. I think making more disadvantaged people eligible for Medicaid could sell. And of course the expansion of SCHIP, which was vetoed IIRC. I don't think that anything bolder than that could. Not unless we were bamboozled. >>...47% of adults continued to support the concept of providing health care for free to all Americans.
