Too much of anything is well too much. Well you can no longer be objective about your country or your family, that's too much.

You think patriotism is a bad thing, essentially like Nazism? Wow. If this is so, why do liberals object to having their patriotism questioned? If patriotism is a bad thing, you'd think liberals would disavow patriotism themselves.

Patriotism is a lesser version of nationalism which led to Hitler's Germany.

You don't get that its natural to love one's country, just as one loves one's family?
