Very interesting. With the apparent demise of the TSMC foundry agreement I've been wondering just who SPSN would pair up with. There was no way in hell SPSN could keep up with the other big NV memory players on their own. One thing that bothers me though is that IBM is an SOI player and SPSN isn't. I wonder how that is going to work out?

I wonder if this had anything to do with it?
