if so, then every tom dick and harry with an offshore chapter of an onshore company is lending his copious offshore funds to his onshore entity
i.e. gold citadel capital is HK$ 1.00, and shareholder loan is 8 digits.
and so hk is in fact the wealthiest jurisdiction in the universe and freest locale in the galaxy.
