Your investment requires an idiot to pay you 3x in 36 months. What if you can't find an idiot in 36 months? My short sales from yesterday returned 5% in one day with more to come and all cash prepaid. I tried to calculate an annualized rate of return but my calculator started to smoke and puked out "error".
