TJ, you think you know how the final act plays out and yet this is unknowable by anyone. It's not worth the time to contemplate the unknowable. What's most important is to navigate the twists and turns and be able to forecast the next few corners. Since most people are looking out the rear view mirror and most others entrenching themselves into a pre-determined end game, I have the immediate road ahead nearly to myself. Meanwhile, my account equity grows by leaps and bounds and my hoard of zero cost basis gold continues to increase. I am truly blessed with good fortune. Meanwhile, you hope and pray there is an idiot that crosses your path 3 years from now and you shake in your boots once per month hoping that your tenant coughs up the rent. And don't forget that the toilets are clogged, the paint is peeling and the roof is leaking. Enjoy!!
