state laws mandate what is covered by insurance. If you live in a liberal state you may find you are paying for as many times as a women wants invitro. i understand this is a very expensive procedure and not covered by insurance in many programs.. i believe in ma. it by law without restrictions. We may have health insurance coverage but it will look a lot different by state. No idea if the costs are distributed equally in group health policies, or a premium charged in states with high medical expenses. in addition to your comment we are finally getting to hospital performance, next doctor performance , etc.
