Daniel G. Hayes has served as president, chief executive officer and as a director of Enclaves Group, Inc. since its incorporation in November 2004; and as special counsel to Homes for America Holdings (HFAH), the company from which EGI evolved, since its formation in 1996, where he also served on the board of directors. During this tenure, Mr. Hayes represented HFAH in its successful acquisition of development and improved properties in Florida, Texas, New York, Connecticut and Indiana. Further, he was responsible for overseeing the legal compliance for public and private mezzanine financing, tax-exempt bonds, tax-increment financing and tax credits for multiple projects.
