It is obvious if you are not a dogmatic believer in market fundamentalism.

Mary, there's no need to preface each post to me with one of your standard, all-purpose insults. Insults don't bother me, even yours, but scattershot illogic does. That insult isn't remotely relevant to my comment or this topic. At least be relevant in your insults.

If costs are reduced by X amount you have to be to be able to say where X amount is being added, otherwise you are saving money.

I did say where it was being added. I specified tax increases and pay increases.
