I don't think that having climbed poles for Siemens for 20 years necessarily gives you a comprehensive insight into the third largest economy in the world, an economy no one can ignore.

Suggesting that Europe, including Germany, should be given a rotating nmembership into your newly-created but still mythical G8, and inserting Brazil in its place, is a bit, well, overdone.

Sounds like a bit of Latin-flavored overheated nationalism to me.
