I'm confused how SHV can also be at it's highs along with TLT? TLT is interesting here as when it has gotten up here in the past it usually signals a stock market bottom like spring 2003 or spring 2005.. A breakout here along with breakdown in GE stock might signal a harsh recession is in the cards? finance.yahoo.com finance.yahoo.com
