I believe that he was going by the information given to him by someone he had trusted. Now you see he is a a lot more cautious. Now he does not say a word till he knows the truth. He is being slapped around because of the past. He did not say a word about the Capt N Tracy being anchored or they where diving till he was down there to prove it first hand. There are people demanding that they know the new company name. I believe that we will hear about it when he knows for sure the deal is done completely without question.
