The one problem with unrestricted use of untested drugs is that there would be many people suffering with harmful side effects because they read the optimistic reviews about it without doing due diligence. Don't forget that more than occasionally the side effect has been mortality in the short run. I would like to see some level of testing prior to any availability except in the case of cancer drugs and other equally deadly diseases.
