Looking for a job, Shege? Seriously, I am not a fan of Westech for high end companies. Maybe once in a blue moon you can find a jewel there, but this has been a long running event, and it's definitely the B quality players who look for jobs there. The market is so tight for people that the desperately hiring companies resort to this. There's lots of better places to find the better people. CLFY and SCOP have a ittle stigma attached to them right now. I've been working with some retained headhunters on a project at my company, and they are defintely not "in". People are indeed trying to get "in" to VNTV and SEBL. RMDY is sort of a wildcard right now - no one is exactly sure what is going on there. Shege - how well attended was it? Were there lots of high end folks looking for jobs (by high end, I mena sales, engineers), besides yourself?
