I am confused with the TPG shareholders and the Lunn shareholders. Once the merger takes place there is no seperate shareholders, we are all (TPG and LUNN) ATPX, right?? Are you guys talking about the percentage of shares that TPG owners will get? It does not really do any good to look at LUNN earnings post-merger. Decifering what was once Lunn, and its earnings, and trying to come up with an estimate of share value seems pointless. The fact is we will get 1 share for every 10, will be ATPX, and will not really know what the heck the price will be until it happens. Especially, since emotions and phsycology play a big part in investment. I have tried to figure every concievable angle, (TA, earnings,P/E etc., ) and still have to cross my fingers on my investments choices. We will be going by the book value per share of the combined company ATPX, not Lunn, which is close to 1.00 and we have 1 share instead of ten. KISS (keep it simple stupid) Of course, thats my dum opinion.
