Agreement continues expansion of Americas region and creates first Asian Point of Presence

Cumming, April 9, 2008 –Global Waste-To-Energy, Corp (GW2E) announced today that it has signed an additional agreement with Freedom Renewable Energy Corporation (FREC) to be the sole distributor of the Biosphere Gasification System TM for the countries of Brazil, Dominican Republic and Kyrgyzstan. The agreement will be one of many between the two entities as GW2E expands their initial territory offering.

“We are excited to expand our agreements with FREC to be the sole distributor of the Biosphere System for these countries.” says Douglas Scott, Managing Member of GW2E. “We have good working relationships already in place with the governments in these countries and look forward to introducing technology that will produce energy and clean water for their communities.”

Americas Waste-To-Energy (AW2E) will be the operating company that manages the contracts in Brazil and the Dominican Republic while the parent company GW2E will manage the contract for Kyrgyzstan. GW2E will create business units for each location through separate operating agreements.
