Very short term, look's like we'll test 8. Looking at
the charts, the stock buy back might have occured below
that level last time. With no debt & ample cash, I'd
expect MTSN to announce further buy backs if it tried to
go below 8.

..I don't know when the run back up will start. Could
be from 1-12 months away, my guess is 2-3 months. With
everyone saying this group is a real value at this point
- but they are still waiting to buy -it could be a quick
first run.
