That's what you have at a genuine secular bottom. And,
that's what we for sure DON't have at present. One has
to conclude that stock mania has reached new highs since
the internet bubble burst in 2000.



Note that the average holding time for Nasdaq stocks was
3 days in October 2007. That's quite a few really long term
