re: "SEC [gone] after pinky's [with] temporary suspension"

That type of law enforcement is ineffective if it does not fully prevent the folks envolved
from obtaining a "second chance" to start up another operation.

Seems Deep Blue Marine is not waiting, but moving forward such that it can assume another identity
and seperate itself from any possible future SEC action against Deep Blue Marine.

My contacts in court proceeding are well versed in knowing the well intentions of honest folks
to bring justice to their wronged cause, and fail flat on their faces.

One needs to play by the same book of sleeze rules to level the playing field, else its like
crossing a street and you have the "right of way," by get run over by a car.

Think "Monkey-wrench" again those that you want action taken against, not justice received,
for better both sides lose than you lose and they win.

Innocents will be hurt in the cross-fire, but likely they are not without guilt if they stood silence
and thought bashing-out-loud hurt share price.
