Qualcomm's Answer & Counter claims to Nokia's Delaware complaint.

I emailed Slacker the PDF... he should be posting it soon.

Mq you were right all along - Qualcomm has been giving the farm away for free. The answer mentions cumulative royalty fee's at one point comprised approximately 30% of the cost of handsets for 2G GSM.

Nokia has a option to extend to 2013 or even 2022.

Qualcomm asserts - ETSI simply obligated Qualcomm to "Offer" licenses - did not create an automatic license as Nokia contends.

After the first read it seems well balanced.

No mention of Project Stockholm or Koala at least in the redacted version.

I can't wait for the real pro's here to dissect it.
