Bill, now we know why TMAI would be willing to merge with AVANT!. In the words of Bob Dylan "when you ain't got nothing...you got nothing to lose". I noticed that TMAI has 34M in long term liabilities. Do you know who that is owed to? Seems to me that long term debtholders would have to be a little nervous in this scenario. Ron
