No reaction in EMKR to the new Citron report, which was a really weak rehash of their other two reports. A good sign for EMKR. Shorts will likely cover after seeing the non reaction. The federal tax credit would be very good for Emcore. It means teh California project adds $500 Million in revenue, and that's just one project.
