I just talked to Luminart investor relations about 20 minutes ago. The latest they heard is that earnings will be out tomorrow. The ball is in Coopers & Lybrand's court now. Coopers & Lybrand is presenting the results to the CEO and senior management this afternoon and if they sign off, the results will be presented to the Luminart board of directors tomorrow. After that, earnings will be publicly released. Expect to see subpar results (below C$14 million revenues and C$0.09 earnings) as I hinted before in a previous SI message. The string of good press releases will start to roll out next week. I expect to see much higher share prices in a couple of months and a NASDAQ small-cap listing for Luminart by the end of the year.
