....and when the jobs leave you will blame who? My experience with unions is mixed. When fully in charge they are as corrupt and destructive as any evil capitalist. You may recall an earlier conversation we had on this topic, Bob. I don't think unions are one of the main reasons jobs leave the US, perhaps not even enough of a reason to count. Though I grant you that would depend on the specific situation. As for the possibility of corruption, that's not a reason not to have unions. Rather it's a reason, as with business itself, to have both laws and effective enforcement mechanisms to deal with them.
