Ten, you just haven't been smart about how you receive your salary. If you negotiated with Intel to have a number of shares equal to your salary at the time direct deposited in your trading account, you could them sell them, owing only capital gains tax. For you, the real blast would be totally avoiding paying any FICA taxes, and not having to contribute to my retirement!
