Yes. Exactly.

So they support:

1) Scientific Research.

2) The ability of physicians to prescribe to their patients (for any condition, in their professional opinions, that they believe it may help.)

and, 3) development and validation of 'non-smoked' forms of administration (such as oral administration... or the 'vaporizers' which are commercially available now).

And, like any good scientists... they say that government policy (or changes to policy) should be fact-based. Based upon solid medical/scientific research, not politics.

(Which of course, I... and, I think any rational person, should agree with....)

And the government should QUIT blocking medical research, and allow the scientists and medical researchers to have at it --- and let the 'chips fall where they may' REGARDLESS of what Big Brother's bureaucracies want.

(And... the medical establishment does not 'oppose' as you previously averred.)
