kxl will be a development play soon enuff. By that time everyone will be into drilling plays again. market will be a long bj this summer. of course it depends on how you look at those sort of things. The province tries to have a lot to say about it with the ministry of the envi, but facts remain that all rivers and streams and air quality regs are only in fact fed regs.
